Langhorne, PA 19047
Arthur R. Sagoskin (Art) has been working in litigation involving personal injury for over 40 years. He has a broad-based and comprehensive litigation background. Starting as an Assistant Public Defender in Bucks County for five years, he literally handled thousands of cases in every aspect of litigation. Subsequently, he entered private practice and taught Contract Law at Temple University.
Prior to his focus on personal injury, Art’s practice included criminal law, social security disability, worker’s compensation, real estate and contract law. Today, Art applies his wide range of litigation history to personal injury cases including auto accidents, construction site accidents, premises liability including slip and fall cases and liquor liability/dram shop accidents. He graduated from Temple University School of Law in 1971 and Temple University in 1967. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Bucks County Bar Association and has been admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Art believes it is important to be active a wide variety of community endeavors apart from his law practice. For example, he was one of the founders and continues to serve as the Solicitor for the Bucks County Heroes Scholarship Fund which benefits members and relatives of police, fire and others in volunteer service. He has continually served as President of his synagogue for the past ten years, serves on the board of directors of a private non-profit school and regularly commits to a number of charitable causes throughout the region.
Art is a true believer that individual care and concern for the needs of your clients combined with the skill which has been gained over the years representing his clients in court is the best recipe for securing the interests his clients deserve.
